Soho Duo in Chicago Cinnamon

The Soho Duo is a brown glass joint holder paired with three packs of Sophia Wallace Collection Rolling Papers. A functional work of art that makes every part of the joint experience feel more curated.

Who It's For

The nature lover who wants a pure, planet-friendly puff and a holder that stops people in their tracks.

The Soho Joint Holder

More than just a pretty accessory, the Soho Joint Holder earns its place in your rotation. It maximizes airflow so none of your blend goes to waste, cools the smoke before it reaches your throat, and keeps the heat off your fingers and your lip gloss exactly where it belongs. One end fits a standard 5mm preroll, the other fits a larger 8mm joint. Handblown borosilicate glass, 2.38" x 0.5" x 0.5". Hand wash only. Slight variations show the artist's hand.

Sophia Wallace Collection Rolling Papers

These papers are wrapped in WE ARE HERE FOR THE REPOSSESSION, an original work by Brooklyn-based conceptual artist Sophia Wallace. Best known for her viral project Cliteracy, Wallace has spent her career working at the intersection of bodies and ethics, arguing that everyone has the right to joyful embodiment. As she puts it, democracy without CLITERACY is a phallusy. Her work has been exhibited internationally and she can be seen in the award-winning documentary The Dilemma of Desire. Queen-size, unbleached hemp, 33 leaves per booklet, with thin slow-burning filter tips included. A portion of every sale supports Sophia directly and goes to Housing Works, a nonprofit providing low-income and homeless New Yorkers affected by HIV/AIDS with access to housing, healthcare, job training, and legal support.

To maximize support for our artists and their nonprofit partners, discounts do not apply to the rolling papers in this set.

Using the Set

Roll your blend into one of the Sophia Wallace papers, slip it into the Soho Joint Holder, and light up. The holder does the rest. A small upgrade that makes the whole experience better from start to finish.

Color Story

This brown is called Chicago Cinnamon, named for feminist artist Judy Chicago. She spent five years making The Dinner Party, a monumental installation that set a place at the table for 39 women history had largely written out. To do it, she taught herself china painting and needlework, elevating so-called women's crafts into one of the most important artworks of the 20th century. A warm, rich, unapologetic color for a woman who was exactly that. It's one of 9 colors the Soho Duo comes in.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I clean the joint holder in this brown smoking set?

Our borosilicate puff pieces are dishwasher safe. But, for deep cleaning, the easiest way is to use rubbing alcohol with a cotton swab to keep your puffware squeaky clean, or watch this video on how to clean your glass.

How do I use rolling papers?

You can read step-by-step instructions here or you can watch this video with step-by-step instructions showing how to roll.

How else can I use puffware as self-care?

Instead of sparking up directly with a lighter or matches, try using a hemp wick. Lighters contain chemicals, like butane, and matches contain phosphorus—neither of which you want to inhale. Check out why you should be using a hemp wick here or watch this video to learn more about hemp wick. You can grab hemp wick with a reusable container on houseofpuff.com!
