Returns
We accept returns and exchanges for anything you purchase from House of Puff for any reason as long as you initiate them within 30 days of receipt and the goods are in perfect condition, including the packaging. Just a heads up that, due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns and exchanges of any goods that have been used. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the goods are returned in unsatisfactory condition. To initiate the return process, please email us at [email protected].
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that anything in your order arrives broken or damaged, or an incorrect product was shipped, please let us know within 30 days of delivery in order to exchange it. Upon receipt of the product, we’ll fully examine it and notify you via e-mail whether you’re entitled to a replacement as a result of the issue. If you’re entitled to a replacement, we’ll replace your purchase in a timely manner. To initiate a replacement, email us at [email protected] and include images of any damaged products.
