We currently ship the Spritz to: AL, AZ, CO, DE, FL, HI, IL, IN, KS, ME, MI, MO, MN, MS, MT, NC, NE, NH, NM, NV, OK, OR, PA, PR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WI, and WY. If you’re in WA, you may be able to find the Spritz at a local dispensary. Unfortunately, we can’t currently ship to: AK, AL, AR, CA, CT, DC, GA, ID, IO, KY, LA, MA, MD, ND, NJ, NY, OH, RI, VI, VT, and WV. We hate that for you, but as the laws change so will our list. The Spritz puts you in the driver’s seat. So, short answer, as many as you like! Each spray contains 0.2mg of THC, letting you dial in the exact experience you want. We suggest starting at 5-10 sprays to enjoy a subtle 1-2mg effect. The beauty of the Spritz is its portability, legality, AND discretion, making the Spritz the height of convenient cannabis.  1-2mg of either formula can help take the edge off your day or make a flight less stressful. But, at the club, you might want to pump up your Social Spritz to 5mg. Or, if you’re traveling and want to get more restful sleep, 5mg of Serenity Spritz will help do the trick.

Unlike cannabis oils or tinctures, the Spritz is water-soluble. Because of that, it blends seamlessly into any bevvie without separating or leaving an oily film. Our flavors are also designed to complement your favorite cocktails and mocktails, not compete with them. And since the Spritz is compact and totally discreet, it’s the perfect plus-one to bring to bars and restaurants.

We know some of you would love it, but the Spritz doesn’t taste like weed. That’s because it doubles as a breath spray. Social Spritz gets you ready for socializing with refreshing mint. Serenity Spritz, on the other hand, soothes you with a delicious blend of tropical flavors. And we didn’t just craft these flavors on a whim. We thoughtfully created them to enhance the uplifting or relaxing effects of the cannabinoids in each formula.

The Spritz is federally legal because US law defines hemp as cannabis plants that include less than 0.3% THC by dry weight while marijuana includes 0.3% THC or more. Yes—that’s an arbitrary legal distinction, not based on botany. But, using those definitions, the US federally legalized hemp back in 2018. That means anything that’s strictly made from hemp, including THC, is legal, too. Since then, though, some states have banned hemp-derived cannabinoids. Sublinguals are the bomb!! They’re called that because you put them under your tongue. The membranes there absorb cannabinoids right into your bloodstream. That makes the Spritz the perfect compromise between the immediate but potentially adverse effects of smoking and the delayed/lengthy effects of edibles. With the Spritz, you get rapid onset with none of the worries, prohibitions, or smell of smoking. But, unlike edibles, the Spritz is WAY easier to dose. With rapid onset and our mini doses per spray, it’s a snap to control exactly how you want to feel.

Great Question! When you Spritz under your tongue, you get rapid, mini-dose onset. Unless you build those effects with more sprays, they’ll begin to wane in about 2 hours. But, if you Spritz in your drink, it will take longer to feel the effects—but they’ll last longer and they’ll be stronger. Why? Because it both takes longer to digest cannabinoids and their effects are multiplied when they’re absorbed via your digestive tract.

The long and short of hemp-derived Delta-9 is that, functionally, there’s no difference between it and the THC that you can buy in a dispensary. It’s just been concentrated from more hemp plants than it would take to make it from cannabis with higher levels of THC by dry weight. So, the legal status of Delta-9 varies depending on its source. That’s why hemp-derived Delta-9 is legal in places where other Delta-9 remains illegal.

Delta-9 (or ∆9) naturally occurs in all cannabis. We just have to process a lot more hemp to concentrate enough Delta-9 (e.g., hemp-derived Delta-9 or HDD9) for you to feel its effects. Meanwhile, synthetic THC, like Delta-8, is created with harsh petrochemicals. Exposure to petrochemicals can cause cancer, infertility, and death. While there are literally no overdose deaths linked to natural cannabis products, every year there are multiple deaths related to synthetic cannabinoids. Yikes!
