This green is called Gentileschi Green, named for 17th-century Italian painter Artemisia Gentileschi. She was one of the most gifted artists of her era, survived more than most people are asked to endure, and still built a celebrated career with royal and church patrons across Europe. The world took a few centuries to fully recognize how good she was. This color has her energy: grounded, alive, and not asking permission. It's one of 11 colors the Barrow Street Bowl comes in.

The Barrow Street Bowl is made from stoneware with a food-safe glaze. Hand wash only. Replace it if any cracks or crazing develop over time.
