Soho Joint Holder in Frankenthaler Teal

The Soho Joint Holder is a teal joint holder that makes any sesh feel a little more considered. It keeps your papers dry, your fingers cool, and your smoke smooth all the way to the end.

Who It's For

The smoker who wants to enjoy every last bit of their flower without sacrificing their fingers.

How It Works

The Soho Joint Holder is designed for a better pull. It boosts airflow so nothing goes to waste, cools each hit before it reaches your throat, and keeps your fingers from playing with fire. Your papers stay crisp. And your lip balm? Finally off the endangered species list. Depending on how you roll, choose your end: the slim side fits a standard preroll, the wider side welcomes something a little more ambitious. Handblown borosilicate glass, 2.38" long, and engineered to make you look like you know exactly what you’re doing.

Color Story

This teal is called Frankenthaler Teal, named for American painter Helen Frankenthaler. She invented a technique called soak-stain, pouring thinned paint directly onto raw canvas on the floor and letting it bleed into the fibers. The result was luminous, fluid color that looked like it had always belonged there. Her method was so revolutionary it launched an entire movement: Color Field painting. This teal has that same quality. Color that feels inevitable rather than chosen. It's one of 11 colors the Soho Joint Holder comes in, and it's designed to match our Tribeca Tamping Stick if you're into the full set.

Care

The Soho Joint Holder is made from borosilicate glass and is dishwasher safe. For a deeper clean, hand washing is recommended.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why should you use a joint holder?

There are oh, so many reasons to use our teal joint holder! It cools the smoke before it hits your throat, and it keeps you from burning your fingers. Plus, it just makes you feel fancy. For more detail, read this article about the benefits of our joint holder or check out this video about why you should be using a joint holder.

How do you clean glass puffware?

Our borosilicate puff pieces are dishwasher safe. But, for deep cleaning, the easiest way is to use rubbing alcohol with a cotton swab to keep your puffware squeaky clean, or watch this video on how to clean your glass.

How else can I maximize airflow?

If you don’t have good airflow in your smoke, you’re wasting your blend. Why? Because without good airflow, it’ll burn unevenly. No one wants a canoeing joint. Instead, if you use a tamping stick to lightly compact your mix while you’re rolling or packing, you’ll maximize good airflow and make the most of your blend. To learn exactly how to do it, watch this video on how to use a tamping stick.

How else can I use puffware as self-care?

Instead of sparking up directly with a lighter or matches, try using a hemp wick. Lighters contain chemicals, like butane, and matches contain phosphorus—neither of which you want to inhale. Check out why you should be using a hemp wick or watch this video to learn more about hemp wick. You can grab hemp wick with a reusable container on houseofpuff.com!
